Transparency is core to our business. We produce a detailed, line-by-line budget and lock it into a Fixed-Price Contract before we break ground, shifting the budget risk from your shoulders to ours.
With permits in hand, construction begins. Managed by a dedicated project coordinator, this phase covers everything from structural framing and mechanical systems to premium interior and exterior finishes.
Our team and municipal authorities conduct thorough inspections at every milestone. We ensure full compliance with the Ontario Building Code and project specifications, addressing every item on our “Grand” punch list.
The moment your vision becomes a reality. We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your total satisfaction and seamlessly transition the new home into your possession, all backed by our 7-Year Structural Guarantee.
